Mas Jofre | Reservation Terms & Conditions. Prepare your stay

Your reservation will be pre-confirmed only in the moment when you receive a pre-confirmation email. To finally confirm the reservation, you will have to make a payment of the 50% of the final price.
This 50% of the remaining payment will have to be made 15 days before the arrival. In case you make the reservation within the fifteen before arrival, you will have to pay 100% of the final price.
Before arriving at Mas Jofre, the client will have to pay the tourist tax corresponding to the stay. The tax is calculated as follows: € 1.10 per person (over the age of 16) and day, with a maximum of 7 days.
To make a reservation, we will need all the information of our clients (names, surnames, ID card or passport and date of birth).
All of our reservations will be paid in local currency, in this case €.

Deposit

Costumers must provide a credit card number to guarantee the possible damage that may be caused to the house during their stay.
The company will make a temporary retention of this card of € 900. This withholding will end once it has been verified that the house is in the same state in which it was delivered.
In case there were damages, these will be valued economically, will be notified to the client and the pertinent collection will proceed.

If you need to make a cancellation, it will not be formalized until we receive a written notification via email.
You can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel your reservation in the 30 days before arrival until the day before, you will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation.
If you do not show up the day of arrival and had not warn about the cancelation, you will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

The arrival to the house must be done from 12 a.m.
The departure from the house must be done before 4 p.m. on the departure day.
Contact us for any changes to the arrival or departure hours.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.
Pets are allowed on the outside of the house. There is a conditioned area for them outdoors. No pets allowed inside the house.
It is important that when you leave, the house is just as you found it the first day. If we find any damage, the bank card will have to be withheld.
You can not perform any type of event in the Mas Jofre without having informed the property in advance.

Guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor facilities of Mas Jofre during their stay.
At your arrival at Mas Jofre and during your stay, we will help you organize your stay with everything you need.
Sheets and towels are included. At Mas Jofre there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board, if you need it during your stay.
You will find soap, bathing paper, cleaning products and bags for trash.
The expenses of water, electricity, gas, cleaning and Wi-Fi service are included in the final price.
If you wish to have a daily cleaning service during your stay, you can request it and we will inform you of the cost it would entail.Mas Jofre is registered as housing for tourist use in the Generalitat de Catalunya with the number HUTG – 025419.
